Hi there,

My name is Gabriela and I’m from Brazil, I live in Europe since 2015 and I have my baby girl since the end of 2019.
I have worked during the whole year of 2020 from home and cared for my baby girl at the same time.
By the end of 2020 I lost my job due to corona.

October this year I felt that it was the right time for me to go back working. Since the begin of November I have been working, and as my baby girl is almost 2 I thought it wasn’t such a bad idea to put her in a kinderopvang so I found one in Almere close to my mother in law.

She was going to the kinderopvang for four days a week 3 hours a day and the rest of the day she would spend with my mother in law.
But yesterday, well, we mom’s have our special connection with our babies, I felt a very weird feeling and decided to go and double check her to see if everything was going ok.

(I’m not going to say the name of the kinderopvang for now because I need to close contract first)

Anyways, once I got there I looked for my baby and I couldn’t see her anywhere in the room, I decided to knock and ask. The woman who opened the door had no idea who my daughter was, I had to ask more than 5 times, suddenly the woman who is supposed to be watching my daughter jumps in the room rans to the other side of the room opens a little gate gets my daughter from the floor and starts hugging my daughter like “look mama everything is ok”.
Ends up nothing was ok, she was punishing my daughter because my daughter doesn’t like to be touched by the other children (at least that’s the reason she gave me).

My heart is broken, I don’t know if more things happened in there, but now I really really would like to have someone who can come to my house and watch her from my place.
