Vicki, kinderopvang in Deventer 7412

I am Vicki and I would really like to work in the Netherlands with children. I moved from the uk 2 years ago and I have a 15 month old daughter. I am currently taking private dutch lessons and while my speaking and listening is ok my writing is not so good (that's why I am typing in English)

The last 7 years I worked for a travel company as hr coordinator for childcare staff.

I have had several years experience in my previous role as childcare trainer and coach. While I worked in the head office I was in charge of recruitment for all childcare staff from ages 4 month's to 17 year old. During the busy periods of school holidays I would work in one of our childcare facilities in the summer or winter in either the hotel creche with 4 month - 4 year old or the children's club from 4-16 year old's.

I studied city and guilds childcare for travel and tourism level 1 and 2 and was the consultant trainer for 5 star hotel childcare. Every March I worked in a hotel in Crete to train the childcare staff. Along side this I was responsible for the health and safety checks and audits of the childcare facilities.

I am creative and enjoy arts and crafts and cooking/baking, but also enjoy sports and outdoor activities. I am studying Dutch so I can communicate with children on a basic level but I am native English and would love to work for children who would like to learn English too.

I am looking for part time work with a view to full time when my daughter is older. I am flexible over hours/days.

I am very enthusiastic and hardworking and have a lot of transferable skills from my previous jobs and experience. I have several years hospitality experience in hotels and ski chalets which involved cooking and cleaning and am also capable of this as well as oppas.
